Communicate with the customer via email, chat & or call. (60% calling and 40% email /chat support)
Quickly able to search the part in the live inventory.
Able to communicate with the customer, and sellers to make a great deal.
Need candidates with excellent communication and also from international calling.
Quickly learn the project requirements.
Must have an international accent.
Evaluating products by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria
Negotiating with the vendors to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company.
Verifying purchases by comparing them to a master list and recommending alternatives for expensive or irrelevant products.
Authorizing payments and maintaining receipts, records and inventories
